All customers requesting a rebate must complete the rebate request form on this page and understand all terms and conditions as outlined below.

Rebate amounts are a portion of the commission received from the property, and that portion is set by The Realm Agency agent that assisted you. If you are unsure of the rebate amount, please contact your agent.

Should the property pay a reduced commission, then a reduced rebate will be provided.

“Realm” must be listed on the guest card and application as your referral source.

Your rebate will be dependent on if the leased property we referred to you has agreed to pay our invoice. If the property does not agree to pay, then no rebate will be issued.

Rebates are sent once payment has been received from the property, typically 4 to 8 weeks after move-in. It may vary due to properties' invoice processing time.

We will send you a check in the mail.

You agree that The Realm Agency is not liable if the address you provide is incorrect and the rebate is sent to another party.
