1 Let’s Connect
Get paired up with one of our licensed Realtors® who will get to know your wants and needs. They will guide through the whole process of finding your home.
2Financing
If financing is required, and you aren’t currently working with a lender, we can connect you with one to help determine your budget.
3Search
We will take the time to learn about you and what you are looking for in your new home in order to provide you with a customized list of options.
4Showings
Your Realtor® will schedule appointments to see all your desired homes. Depending on the type of home you are looking for, they can ideally start looking as early as three months in advance.
5OFFER
When you find the perfect home, it’s time to take it off the market. We are here to write competitive offers and negotiate on your behalf to solidify the whole process.
6Option period
We will negotiate an option period into the deal to allow you time for inspections.
7Closing
Closing typically takes 30 days and is done in the title company’s office. You will pay your share of the closing costs and sign lots of documents to transfer ownership over to you!
8Welcome Home
Congratulations! You are officially a homeowner. Time to start making your new house feel like home!
