Meet Kaitlyn Bomar

Hey, it’s Kait! I never expected to be in Dallas this long, but here I am! After becoming best friends with my apartment locator in 2016, I was always encouraged to join the business. I have spent the last decade in retail management and visual merchandising, and as someone who is fueled by creative, fast-paced environments and fun people, this led to an easy transition into real estate because I was able to mesh originality and creativity with my passions for business and relationships. I’m a people pleaser to the core, which makes the work I do for my clients enjoyable, easy, and successful! The most important aspects of my life are creating and fostering relationships, traveling (27 countries and counting!), and anything/everything endorphin boosting.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF REAL ESTATE?

Is coffee a hobby?! My obsession with over-caffeination is how I make my magic happen. You can usually find me posted up in the corner of any local Dallas coffee shop, workin’ and sippin’, sippin’ and workin’. My after-hours and weekends involve cats, tatts, and yoga mats. My confidant and bestie is a sweet floof named Gigi, so be sure to peep the cuteness at @gigi_vieve on social media. She makes for a terrible personal assistant but excels at keeping up morale. Though my mom would not consider this a hobby, I single-handedly love keeping my local tattoo artists in business. Send me your recommendations and I will send you mine! Get out and do things! DFW is full of ever-evolving events for ANYTHING that piques your interests. My go-to for exploring and finding friends? Concerts! My first event when I moved to the city was checking out the local concert scene; I’ve met the artists, made new friends, and curated an eclectic taste of music.
