About the Role
We're looking for a licensed Realtor who’s hungry to grow and someone who wants to level up their personal brand, close more deals, and build a lasting business within a creative, modern brokerage environment.

What You’ll Do
• Represent buyers, sellers, and investors across the DFW market
• Build and nurture a pipeline of real estate clients
• Market and manage listings with support from both The Realm Residential Group and Compass systems
• Leverage your social media and personal network to grow your business
• Collaborate with The Realm Residential team on content, events, and local strategy
• Stay sharp with ongoing learning, coaching, and community

Who You Are
• Licensed Realtor in Texas (or actively pursuing licensure)
• Passionate about real estate and client experience
• A self-starter with a drive to grow your personal brand and income
• Excited to create content, show up online, and connect with your audience
• Comfortable receiving feedback and continuously improving
• Energized by working in a team — not competing against one

Compensation
