About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious, people-first Apartment Locator who wants more than just a job and is someone ready to grow their personal brand, build meaningful client relationships, and learn alongside a high-performing, creative team.

Whether you're new to real estate or already licensed and looking to level up, this is a place where you'll be coached, challenged, and supported. We’re known for our ability to get new agents up to speed quickly, while helping seasoned ones refine their brand and scale their results.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Helping renters find the perfect apartment based on lifestyle, budget, and location
• Building your network through referrals, social media, and events
• Managing leads, follow-ups, and applications from start to signed lease
• Collaborating with our team to elevate the client experience
• Learning our systems, tools, and brand voice to represent Realm with excellence
• Creating or contributing to content (if that aligns with your strengths)

What We’re Looking For
• A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
• Someone who is driven, coachable, and thrives on learning
• You’re excited to build your own personal brand within a bigger vision
• You love being part of a team, but you own your results
• Social media savvy and comfortable networking online and offline
• A current or aspiring real estate license holder in Texas (we can help guide you if you’re not licensed yet)

Compensation
