Meet Danezell Williamson
Hi! I’m Danezell, but everyone calls me Dane! I have over a decade of experience in various areas of the customer service industry and truly thrive when I'm helping others. I’ve done a little bit of everything from working in the arts to writing professionally, to coding, and even working in aviation! I hold a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from Texas Woman’s University, with focus areas in both Business and Dance. I was raised in the DFW area and have lived in various cities across the metroplex.
It's no secret that for most people, searching for an apartment is a stressful nuisance. However, it's the complete opposite for me. Going on tours, peeping new design ideas, and discovering hidden neighborhood gems in the city I call home is truly a passion of mine. I love utilizing my passion for apartment hunting to help those who don't love it as much, by saving them both time and stress. It’s my personal goal to make your search for a new place easy, fun, and absolutely seamless.
WHAT DREW YOU TO REAL ESTATE?
While I’ve always been interested in Real Estate, there’s a special place in my heart for Apartment Locating. What drew me to this niche in particular was this idea that I’d be able to support people through what is often a stressful time in their lives at no cost to them. I’ve always had a passion for helping others, so when I came across an opportunity that allowed me to make a career out of helping everyday people in a meaningful way without them having to pay me a dime, I was all in!
WHAT IS ONE THING YOU HOPE ALL OF YOUR CLIENTS SEE IN YOU?
I hope my clients see how passionate I am about what I do. I truly believe that it’s so much bigger than simply helping you find your next apartment! We live in a crazy world, and for many people home is the only place where they can truly be their most authentic selves. Knowing I play even a small role in helping people find the place they call home means the world to me. It motivates me to give my all to finding the perfect spot for every single one of my clients.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NEIGHBORHOOD IN DFW?
Hands down, the Addison area! It’s just outside of Dallas but not nearly as congested and just as much fun! It’s got beautiful walking trails and tons of mature trees which make for a peaceful reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city. The entire area spans just a few miles, giving it a small-town feel, even though there are tons of unique restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and events at Addison Circle Park!
